All  reservations are accepted on a first come, first serve basis.  All reservations are held with a $100.00 (One hundred dollars) down payment which is applied towards the total rental amount.

RATES:  All rental rates vary, depending upon the season.   Prices are subject to change without notice.   

RENTAL PERIODS:  Our rental units rent from Monday to Monday or Saturday to Saturday, depending upon  each particular unit.  During Summer season, all rentals are weekly.  On occasion, a vacancy may occur for a 3 night minimum during this time.  Call or e-mail for availability.  No short term (3 or 4 nights) will be booked months in advance for Summer season.  During the off-season, some of the units may be available for minimum 3 night stays.  Call for availability and locations.  Check-in is from 3-5 pm any day except for Sunday.  No check-in's are done on Sunday.  Check out is no later than 10:00 am.  Any check-outs after 10:00 am is subject to an additional days charge.  During the holidays, weekly rental is required.

RENTAL AMOUNT:  The rental amount you are quoted includes the following:  Rent for the Unit, Linens, Bath and Kitchen Towels (not beach towels), Cleaning, Taxes, and Reservation Fee.  The fees associated with the rental amount are  non-negotiable. 

PETS:  No pets are allowed in any of our rental units, unless otherwise indicated.  There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $100.00.  Customer/Tenant fully agrees and understands that bringing pets of any kind into any of the rental units is grounds for immediate dismissal, as well as adding the $100.00 Pet Fee to the credit card listed on file along with the 3% credit card transaction fee.

NO SMOKING:  Smoking is not allowed in any of our rental units, unless otherwise indicated.  This includes smoking on the decks, screen porches, or under the houses.  Violation of this policy is grounds for immediate dismissal from premises without a refund for unused days, as well as an additional $250.00 smoking fee added to the credit card listed on file along with the 3% credit card transaction fee.

OCCUPANCY:  Should more people occupy the unit than the maximum occupancy allowed for that particular unit, then the rental will be terminated at that point and time with no refund allowed.

RIGHT TO REFUSE:  Folly Beach Rental and Sales, LLC, reserves the right to refuse admittance and/or discontinue the rental occupancy if, in our opinion, such action is in the best interest of the property owner.

GARBAGE:  Garbage pick-up is on Monday and Thursday mornings beginning at 7am.  Tenant is responsible for getting the trash cans out to the road at the appropriate times.

AGREEMENT:  In signing the rental agreement and the Guest License Agreement, Guest agrees to all of the terms, rules and regulations set forth on the Reservation and Guest License Agreement pages.
